Video of Pope announcing the names of the new cardinals


The Pope has announced the names of 24 new cardinals. Among them are the Americans Archbishop Raymond Leo Burke, Prefect of the Apostolic Signatura, and the Archbishop Donald William Wuerl of Washington, DC. Benedict XVI also named four new cardinals from Africa, two from Latin America, one from Asia and 15 from Europe. LIST OF THE NEW CARDINALS:
