Pope Saint John Paul II wore a much longer Pallium during the Jubilee Year of 2000. Can any of the readers send a picture of the Pope wearing that? It is similar to this.
Pope Benedict XVI had to Pallium designs during his entire Pontificate
I think Pope BXVI's pallium still suits better than the older one. Although that being said, i find nothing wrong in the older pallium that Pope Francis has worn a few days ago.
